Great new way to keep medical information organized!

Hi Everyone!

There is a great new way to keep all your medical information organized for all patients and family members. All you need is a computer and some time. It takes a while to input the information, but once it is there, it is there forever. BEST OF ALL IT IS FREE! ( No I don't work for "Ihealth", LOL!)

You even have the ability if you want to make sure that your physicians and specialists have access to your medical information at all times. If you choose to not want to use that option at this website, you can just use it as a "medical information" organizer.

I now, add information when it becomes new, and when I have to see yet another specialist for our children, I go to "Ihealth" print off the information and it is all current and in one nice organized print out.

I often attach it to the "new patient" questionnaires at doctors' offices and write" see attached" on their questionnaires. This link allows you to place all your insurance information, doctors' names and addresses as well as medications, procedures, hospitalizations and surgeries in ONE place.

It is incredibly useful as well in an emergency situation, when often we don't have our medical records with us when these emergencies happen, hospitals can access the database with your permission and YOUR pass code. Believe me, it is helpful because very rarely are people grabbing medical records as they are running out to a hospital emergency room.

Wouldn't it be nice to get to the emergency room and say,
"Oh yes, just log in and type in this word, (you can change your password at anytime) and ALL your insurance, medical information/history, and medications are listed?

Please check it out, especially if you have just received your diagnosis, as it will be much easier to keep your records in order and organized. Can you tell, I really want people to at least look at this site! I hope it helps.

In the three years that I have been using "Ihealth", I have never had an incident with information being accessed without my permission as it is password linked, so even if someone were to hack in, they would not gain access to this information as they wouldn't have your password. Please look at it, you won't regret it! Kirsten
