My son (5) was recently started on the "cocktail" creatine,b2,coQ10, etc.. 5 items in total. What is the best way to get a five year old to take this many supplements? He also has dairy and peanut allergies. Can I mix all these in a shake? Do liquid forms make it any easier? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

B2 has a strong

B2 has a strong flavor/smell, if you can mix that with something, better the chance. Our son, 21 mo. old, has a g-tube and we put his cocktail through that. I would definitely look at mixing the stuff (ice cream, sweet potatoes, pudding. Also, we mix his CoQ10 and B2 together, and put a shot of carnitor in it 2xs a day that takes care of a few doses/meds at once. His labs have always shown that he is getting over and above his "cocktail". It will be trial and error.
