mtDNA v nDNA from Teleconference

I had a clarification qs make sure I heard this right: mtDNA mutation presentations of symptoms are more likely in teenage or adults, while nDNA mutations seem to present in infancy or toddler....Did I understand correctly what Dr. Sims said after presentation during Q & A? thanks!
