Please Help me!! I need Advice ...anyone?

I wrote the entry about elevated lacatate and pyruvate.Please read it when you can.I am so nervous.Is theer anyone out tere like my child who has a dx?Anyone who has exact symptoms even fang like "eye teeth"?or any fang like teeth?The dry brittle hair?

Noah has gastro issues, but

Noah has gastro issues, but not really any of the other stuff. He has gastroparesis and intestinal pseudo obstruction. He had severe reflux and had to have surgery to correct it. Currently, he is fed through the J port of a GJ tube 24 hours a day. He has Complex V defect present. He also has PDD-NOS, sleep apnea, hypotonia, and no immunization to influenza B vaccine.
