Transitional services

Hi! Everyone,

I am looking for information about transitional services. My 19 yrs old son would like to take college classes but its been a real struggle getting through highschool.  He is a bright kid but  has more bad days than good days.  This year he's missed more than 3/4 of his classes and he only has 6 hrs of classes a week.  He has an IEP that limits the hrs of school for his mito but the only transitional service on his IEP is for him to meet with a disabilities person at the college.  I am looking for any information on vocational rehabilitation services and what's been some other's experience with the program.
