trunk muscles & hip/femor pain.

This is an area where i still struggle for a solution.  A pain specialist i once saw, gave me some helpful advice. (although it does not work for neuropathic pain) His theory is, we all have one leg a little shorter than the other.  If you stand and talk to someone for a few minutes, you will be leaning on your shorter leg.  By putting a "heal lift " insert, ( go by how much shorter it is) in your shorter leg shoe, it brings your hips into alignment , therefore aligning spine and neck better. I find it helps with my posture, but doesn't do anything for pain and weakness from the Mito of course. It does help with the "gait" symptom of some mito disorders, (mine for sure) I don't trip as often.  I have recently purchased a "invert" doo-hicky for stretching the lower back muscles. I do it for 10 seconds at a time, 5 X day,  but noticeably feels a little better for a bit. I do the stretching excercises in the mito excercise guide also. I can't take anything for pain (reactions) so i am hoping that the changes to my diet will help somewhat. ( theres that hope word again) ha   Does anyone  have trouble in this area?  Have you found anything that works that you would like to share?

Where did you get the mito

Where did you get the mito exercise guide? For muscle pain, I have a deep tissue massager. It lowers the problem to a more manageable level.
