A serious complication of the a disease that is marked by the degernerstion of cells, inflammation, and fibrous thickening of the liver tissue, with a critically poor diganosis. The medical hallmark is severe renal constriction of blood vessels. This results in a complex cange of the blood supply of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, splen, and pancreas.
